ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Client Strategy Executive at Charlie Oscar, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through innovative and data-backed marketing strategies. You will develop, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert customers. This role requires an analytical yet creative mindset, an understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Coordinate the execution of campaigns across all digital touch points
Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Conduct A/B tests to refine messaging, creative, and targeting for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
Work closely with internal client teams to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.
Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and key insights to stakeholders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Proven experience (1+ years) in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
Some project management experience would be desirable
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing best practices.
A track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on ROI.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
