At Charlie Oscar, we live by the mantra "you can't measure anything, unless you are measuring everything" - we in the Marketing Science team are the people who put this into action.
From assessing tactical channel execution right through to influencer strategy, our aim is to understand the metrics that matter and how these should be used to evaluate performance against our clients key strategic goals.Our key flagpole is COmpass - our proprietary attribution solution. This leverages MMM techniques to understand the effectiveness of marketing channels and how they interact - as no two growth drivers are ever completely independent.
Our aim is to keep evolving here - both technically & strategically - to ensure we have are facilitating decisions in the best possible way and be on the cutting edge of marketing science, whatever means necessary.
Collaboration is key - we work across all teams and directly with clients at all levels of experience - so it is our job to put our analysis in format they find valuable.
The team is diverse - with a mixture of special skillsets and experiences across a range of projects and domains. No two projects are the same - but we see each one an opportunity to support each other to learn something new - a skill, a client problem or a different way of thinking.
