The Academy is designed to accelerate your growth - giving you the skills and confidence to take on more responsibility quickly.

Once you complete the Masterclasses and pass your probation, you’ll unlock access to industry-recognised qualifications with Google, Meta, TikTok and more - boosting your expertise and credibility in the market.

We want our Execs to progress quickly. That’s why our goal is for at least 50% of Academy graduates to be promoted to Senior Exec within 12 months of joining us...

FOR STUDENTS UNDERTAKING A 12-MONTH UNIVERSITY PLACEMENT
Separate from our Academy, we also run a dedicated partnership with Bath University to support students who are still studying and looking for real-world industry experience.

Through this programme, students get hands-on exposure to agency life far beyond the classroom - from mock interviews and industry insights to career development sessions with our team.

We also offer a 12-month placement at Charlie Oscar, where students join us full time for a year: working on real projects, supporting live campaigns, and learning alongside our teams across the business. It’s a head start into the industry, building confidence, skills, and practical experience that stays with them long after university.

This partnership is a big part of how we support early talent, giving students a genuine look into agency life while helping shape the next generation of digital marketers.

My placement at Charlie Oscar has been an amazing learning experience. I’ve gained real hands-on exposure to influencer marketing - from running gifting campaigns and managing outreach to tracking performance and supporting affiliate work. Seeing influencers post about brands I’ve worked on has been a real highlight.

I’ve also had the chance to contribute to wider campaigns for brands like itsu and The Ritz Calrton Yacht Collection , which gave me great insight into how different teams collaborate.

The culture here has been a huge part of my growth. For my first office role, Charlie Oscar has set the bar high - the team is supportive, welcoming, and genuinely fun to work with.

Overall, it’s been a hugely confidence-building experience, and I’m excited to keep learning throughout my placement.
