At Charlie Oscar, we work hard, have fun, and do it together. One of the ways we make that happen is through our cohorts - teams that every new starter joins when they come on board.
Our cohorts - COmpass, Spring, Bermondsey, and Transformers, are all about team spirit, collaboration, and a bit of friendly competition. Across the year, cohorts come together for challenges, earn points, take part in socials, and, of course, see who comes out on top at the end of the year.
Being in a cohort means you’ll get to know people across the business, work together on fun projects, and celebrate wins (big and small!). It’s a great way to make friends, get stuck in, and feel part of the Charlie Oscar family from day one.
